Set a Session Reminder

To help you keep in control of the amount of time you spend on site you can set a session reminder on your account.

 

Once this is set, a pop-up message will be displayed as a reminder that you have been logged into your account for the specified time.

 

If you make any changes to your session reminder, the new settings will be effective next time you login.

Deposit Limits

It’s normal to set a deposit limit with us and it means you’re the one calling the shots.

You can set a daily, weekly or monthly amount and it’s completely controlled by you so you can change it at any time.

 

Click here to set your limit now. It only takes a few seconds and it’ll be the first step to making sure you stay on top of your play.

When does a limit refresh once I have set one?

A daily limit would refresh after midnight each day.

A weekly limit would run from Monday through to Sunday.

A monthly limit would run from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month.

How do I increase my Deposit Limit?

We get that your circumstances might change and that you might want to increase your Deposit Limit.

 

You can increase your limit amount or frequency at any time. Just select the new limit amount and time period and then click ‘Confirm’.

 

For your new limit to change over, you’ll need to accept it on the Deposit page. Otherwise it’ll revert to the previous limit.

Just a heads up that you’ll need to wait for your current limit to end before the new one will take effect.

How do I lower the amount of my Deposit Limit?

You can lower the amount of your deposit or how often you make them whenever you need to.

 

Just select the new limit amount and time period and then click ‘Confirm’.

A decrease in your deposit amount or time period will take effect straight away and takes into account any deposits you’ve already made in that time.

Once you’ve worked it out, you can set a Deposit Limit and make sure you never spend more than you can afford.

 

Don’t forget to include everything and make sure you’re totally honest – that way you’ll always stay within your means.

Cool Offs

We get that sometimes you might just want to take a break from our games. Whatever your reason, you don’t need to tell us, just set yourself a cool-off period.

 

You can choose to set a Cool Off for any length of time between 24 hours and 6 weeks and it means you won’t be able to log in until it’s over.

Once that time’s up, you can log in as normal and get back to playing.

How do I keep track of a Cool Off?

In case you forget when your Cool Off ends, try to log in and it will let you know the date.

 

You can’t amend or remove a Cool Off period, so make sure you’re happy with the timeframe before you set it.

What should I do if I want to take a longer break?

The maximum Cool Off period is 6 weeks, but if you’d like to take a break for a longer time or permanently you can choose to close your account.

Account Closure

If you want to close your account we have a number of account closure options, giving you full control over your play. You can close your account at any time using our standard account closure by contacting our Customer Support team.

 

Accounts closed under our standard account closure can be reopened at any time by contacting Customer Support.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to close your account across all Gamesys group sites for 6 months or longer, you can apply a Self-Exclusion.

 

You can self-exclude for up to 5 years or close your account permanently.
